Our community is comprised of 85 townhomes located in the Long Reach area of Columbia, Maryland. All
association business is overseen by a board of directors that has been elected by homeowners in the association.
An independent community manager acts as liason to the board, collects fees and pays bills, and enforces community bylaws
and guidelines. All homeowners in the Kendall Ridge Townhouse Association are responsible for paying a yearly dues
assessment. These yearly dues are essential to our community: they are used to maintain landscaping and
snow removal, to help pave roads and repair sidwalks, and to provide electricity for street lights in the neighborhood.
